2019 Philippine Midterm Elections

Good Day Mga Pilipinong Netizens:

Sa darating na 2019 elections ay pipili naman tayo ng mga iluklok natin bilang senador hanggang LGU positions na mababakante at ito rin ang panahon upang husgahan ang ating pangulong duterte sa kanyang performance bilang pangulo for the past three years na matatapos ang kanyang termino sa 2022.

So ito ang mga sumusunod na pagbabasehan natin sa panghuhusga kay pangulong duterte sa kanyang performance ay ang mga sumusunod na isyu:

Corruption,Industrialization(Steel),Drugs,Crimes,Terrorism,Inflation,Poverty,Jobless,Pagtaas ng bilihin, pagtaas ng pamasahe,Pagtaas ng gasoline,edukasyon,internet freedom,human rights,ejk,traffic at iba pang maiinit na isyu ng bayan.

Ang magiging grading system sa panghuhusga sa performance ng pangulong duterte ay ilang kandidato ang mailuluklok bilang senador at ito ang mga sumusunod:

• ·         Kung pro-duterte,approve or pasadong pasado sa performance ng pangulo duterte ay iboto lahat ng 12 senators from PDP-Laban,Nacionalista Party,National Peoples Coalition, Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino, National Unity Party, Partido Federal ng Pilipinas, Bagumbayan-VNP,LDP, KDP, Lakas-CMD at PRP.
• ·         Kung anti-duterte,Disapprove,Bagsak or Disappointed sa performance ng pangulong duterte ay iboto lahat ng 12 senators from Oposisyon Koalisyon, Liberal Party, Samahang Magdalo, Akbayan ,PMM,Makabayan at Aksyon Demokratiko.
• ·         Kung sa palagay ninyo na hindi ka naman pro or anti kundi ay gusto mo lang na pasang awa na lang sa grado ng ating pangulong duterte ay bumoto ka ng 6 anti-duterte to 6 pro-duterte or bumoto ka ng 5 pro-duterte,5 anti-duterte and 2 independent running senators.
• ·         Kung sa palagay ninyo ay pareho lang ang binubuto mo sa darating na eleksyon ay huwag ka nang bumoto at huwag ka na rin magreklamo laban sa gobyerno.

Pagdating naman sa congressman pababa ng LGU position ay prerogative niyo na kung sino ang iboboto ninyo na dapat tama.At pag dumating sa punto na walang ginawa si duterte ukol sa inflation at pagtaas ng gasolina after the current election ay talagang magkakaroon ng yellow vest pero saglit lang ito dahil alam ito ng presidente kung papaano ito matitigil gamit ang batas na alam niya bilang abugado kaya itong eleksyon lang na pwede ninyong ilabas na hinaing kay duterte.

Sa mga media naman ay sana tunay na singer at rapper ang kumanta nung jingle ninyo for this 2019 election para madama ng madla ang mensahe ng kanta at hindi magmukhang pasikat pa, ewan pa kagaya nung isang istasyon na pinakanta ay yung komedyante ng jingle nila for election kaya di nadarama yung kanta at nadismaya pa ang tao.

Kaya sa darating na 2019 elections ay pusuan ninyo ang iboboto ninyong kandidato na dapat tama.Sa mga tatakbo sa national election nitong 2019 ay huwag ninyong kakalimutan ang internet na nagpanalo kay duterte bilang pangulo ng bansa kaya sobrahan ninyo na ang pagiging epal ninyo sa internet.Hehehe joke lang pero seriously ay huwag maging epal sa internet at sa kalsada.

2016: A Year for Change

This 2016 is a year of change between the country of USA and Philippines. What change I am talking about? I am talking about changing their officials and leaders during their election for this year. So I am going to create a perspective blog for voters in both countries outside of internet news of this blog site.

Now….This is my perspective for USA voters that looking for another new elected officials this year and this are the issues in their country that they should looking for those candidates to debate it of what they stand for:

1. Economic Collapse, Poor Society and Loss of Jobs
2. Internet Surveillance, Encryption for Privacy, Civil liberty and Privacy
3. Terrorism or cooperation to other countries for unified coordinated attack against Terrorist.
4. Racism in USA especially in enforcement against black people and Muslim racism
5. Invasion or Ruin other countries in the name of fighting Terrorism like Iraq War
6. Gun Related violence
7. War Machine Company who benefited if there is a fear of terrorism or war.
8. Immigration Issues including legal or illegal immigrants
9. Human rights abuses in USA
10. Future censorship plans in internet which is against to civil liberty of internet users
11. Defense against black hackers who illegally hacks a website.
12. Witness Protection Program for people who expose the bad and corrupt side of US Federal Government against its people which they do is against to the constitution of United States.
13. Action against Terrorist internet users without ruin the civil liberty of innocent internet users.
14. Crime and Violence
15. Health Society Problems including Mental Health.

Those are issues that I hope the voters should have given attention and if I am an official voter of US now, I will choose between Bernie Sanders or Rand Paul because of their stand on any issue mention above which the US voters should deeply look for and nothing else to other candidate who only want is to destroy other countries and USA.

For Philippines, this is my perspective for them to guide all Filipinos of what kind of elected official should looking for they didn’t repent in the end so I will use my local Filipino language to make my message understandable.

Para sa mga pinoy na botante sa taong ito ay dapat huwag niyong iboto ang mga sumusunod upang di kayo magsisi sa huli at ito ay:

1. Korap at Kriminal
2. Manggagamit ng ibang tao tulad ng kilalang artista
3. Sobrang Epal
4. Mahilig Manira ng ibang kandidato maliban na lang kung may ebidensya
5. Masama ang ugali
6. Walang ginawang aksyon o pakialam habang nasa dating pwesto para resolbahin ang problema ng bayan
7. Walang maihahain na solusyon o plataporma sa bawat problema ng bayan
8. Manisi ng pagkakamali sa iba na di inaako
9. Makapal ang mukha
10. Sa Pagkasenador, Si Tito Sotto na naglagay ng libelo sa cybercrime law at walang ginawa sa senado kundi magpa epal lang sa aldub na huwag ninyong iboto unless kung may ginawa siyang makabuluhang batas na solusyon sa problema ng bayan at irerepeal niya ang libelo sa cybercrime law na naaayon sa MCPIF Bill.
11. Walang nasyonalismo bilang pilipino kundi pabor sa isang bansa katulad ng mga taong sobrang pabor sa china kahit na may isyu sa spratly islands
12. Pabor sa mga mayayaman at walang pakialam sa mga mahihirap kung paano sila uunlad.
13. Pro oil deregulation,walang platform for industrialisasyon para sa pilipinas at walang planong buhayin ang BNPP(Bataan Nuclear Power Plant) para sa kuryente.
14. Trapo or Traditional Politician
15. Kontra sa Karapatan at Kalayaan ng mga Inosenteng Tao lalo na sa mga Internet Users o Netizens

At sa link na ito na bumoto sa cybercrime law na pakiusap na huwag niyo na pong iboto sa taong ito.Kung mangyayari man ang eleksyon ngayon ay maaring iboto ko sa pagkapangulo at bise pangulo ay sina Mirriam-Leni or Duterte-Marcos para iwas korapsyon at iwas barkadahan sa iisa nilang partido kung susundin ninyong  mga botante(Pwede kayong bumoto ng straight party or contradict party depende nalang sa inyo.).Para sa pagkasenador ay pagiisipan ko muna kung sino ang iboboto ko pero sigurado ako sa sarili ko na hindi ko iboboto si Sotto at ibang kandidato na walang plataporma kundi magmukhang tanga sa bawat issue ng bayan.

Demonizing the Dark Net?

Dark net is a routed allocation of IP address space that is not discoverable by any usual means. The term is used to refer to both a single private network and the collective portion of Internet address space that has been configured in that manner. So what is the fuss about this is because a show like CSI cyber are might trying to demonize the dark net by assuming those who use it are either terrorist or criminals which a democratic country like USA  bite that reason to cracking down the dark net.

Well did they know that cracking down the dark net affect those legitimate users who are living in a repressive or surveillance state? Yes it will affect them because they will lost  their privacy for expressing dissent against their failure top officials, given up internet users privacy to those illegitimate hackers and also repressive nor surveillance state government. So before the USA alike government cracking down the dark net in excuse for terrorism or cyber crime, they should think that those legitimate users who want only privacy and freedom of how they are excluded nor protected in that cracking down of dark net. If the US government alike continued this action of cracking down the dark net without a thought then those legitimate will stop using technology anymore.

To CSI cyber alike programs that I hope they should be fair enough in the topic of the dark net by looking the legitimate users and the good side of it not so much to the bad side but if they don’t continue demonizing dark net then I pleaded the readers that don’t support that show.

Terrorism and Edward Snowden

Recently, news broke out which shock the world that France had been attack by those insane terrorist person and last Saturday I watch Fox News which one stupid guy blaming Edward Snowden because of his revelation. Little did they know that before Snowden's Revelation that those terrorist organizations including Al Qaeda has already protected against surveillance and it was the deep web called Mujahedeen Secret so they can evade it and communicate secretly to create an imminent terror wherever they want against their enemy including west country nor friends with west country and it was before Snowden's Revelation based on a one report. So now he is blaming Snowden in that awful terror attack in France that kills some innocent people, well that opinion of his are so stupid because those terrorist group has a protection against surveillance starting before Snowden's Revelation which until now they are using of it so Snowden cannot be blame for it. Plus did surveillance stop an an attack in Boston which had been happen? No! In China, did their surveillance stop knife attack in their country? No!  So surveillance can evade by those terrorist who wants terror attack and also to foil them including their plans of terror attack which is only 50/50 chances for surveillance technique successful even if was upgraded.

So what other nations can do to eradicate terrorism? Well First look at the deep root cause of terrorism which can’t solve by the government all over the world that it needed to resolve to stop terrorism by unity all over the world in one goal to eradicate terrorism and to fix the right cause of it which can erase terrorism. Second, those countries that finance terror group should be punished by intelligent sanctions. Third, those terror websites should be shutdown in any kind of tool including cyber attack against their websites and arrest those behind of it like in a child porn law. Fourth, every nation should be on guard in their public place even if has no intelligence report of terror attack to prevent a surprise terror attack. Then, those named of suspected terrorist should be broadcast in media like a sex offender to advice public and to stop an imminent terror. And lastly, put a spy person in their organizations to ones and for all eradicate them and stop an imminent terror not to surveillance us proving that it was not successful to stop an imminent terror even if was upgraded.

If my above suggestions can’t follow in all over the world insisting more surveillance then those terrorist group will continue their plans to create more and more chaos against humanity by evading surveillance even if was upgraded proving can’t stop terrorist group rarely but much more Bush era state, police state, China state, Orwellian state and paranoid state to their citizens which against to their freedom, democracy and privacy.

Note:All muslim are not terrorist because not all of them are terrorist but some of them using Islam to kill people that should be exterminate plus other religion has also same problem that their other believers using their religion to kill people that should be eliminated for the sake of humanity. By the way,i think that the west country should be less involve to the conflict in the middle east which can lessen more people to join terror group from those conflicted middle east country against the west country.

CISA stands for Cyber Information Sharing Act (CISA) which the bill intended to help companies and the governments thwart hackers and other cyber-intrusions. To look deep down about this bill, we have too looked on the statements of Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Vice Chairman Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga) based on the report of Forbes Online Website including:

• Requires the director of national intelligence to increase the sharing of classified and unclassified cyber threat information to the private sector, consistent with the protection of sources and methods.
• Authorizes individuals and companies to monitor their own computer networks and those of their consenting customers for cyber threats and to implement countermeasures to block those threats.
• Authorizes the voluntary sharing of cyber threat information by individuals and companies with each other and with the government. Such sharing is for cyber security purposes only and companies must take appropriate measures to protect against the sharing of personally identifying information.
• Puts in place liability protections for individuals and companies that appropriately monitor their networks or share cyber information.
• Requires federal government procedures for the receipt, sharing and use of cyber information. This includes the establishment of a “portal” managed by the Department of Homeland Security through which electronic cyber information will enter the government and be shared with other appropriate federal entities.
• Limits the government’s ability to use information it receives to cyber-related purposes to ensure it does not engage in inappropriate investigations or regulation. 
• Requires reports on the implementation of these authorities by the heads of federal departments, the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board and relevant inspectors general.

But there is opposition of this bill from the privacy advocates for the reason of improving surveillance ability of NSA which has a controversy due to illegal surveillance to the people thanks to Edward Snowden's Revelation .

So what oppositions can do to stop this bill? First, they need to know deep down about this bill. Second, if they confirm that this bill is against to the privacy of the people then they need to shout out peacefully to those lawmakers that this bill is against to privacy of the people. Third, if those lawmakers cannot hear them and pursuing this bill until it reaches on White House still shout out their voices added by encourage more people to join their cause. Fourth, if White House passes this bill ignoring those who will oppose of it so the last resort is to stop it in Higher Court. Then, if court decides to implement this bill so they have to advice the people of using evasion tools like deep web, anonymity, dark net and other tools if they want to remain private in internet. Finally, if those tools have been devastated and hack by those government to intrude the privacy of their citizens then the people should stop using technological tools to remain private.

For those supporters of this bill, if this bill proven that it will violate the privacy of the people still supporting this bill for excuse of preventing a cyber attack  then they are wrong because it will not stop a cyber attack but only to look the private lives of the people illegally and unjust act. To stop a cyber attack then the defense of internet’s infrastructure should be more upgrade, upgrade and upgrade which it can stop and prevent a cyber attack from those hackers and not approving this bill which intended to surveillance people illegally of their private lives if proven. Plus those lawmakers who approve this bill without looking the danger side of it then the people can take a payback by not voting them on 2016 elections.
