AKSYON TV5 AND CYBERCRIME LAW

This link is about the news about the face book application, bangwithfriends.com in the Philippine TV media: http://www.interaksyon.com/article/54396/video--facebook-app-bang-with-friends-pair-up-online-pals-for-sexSource: TV5 Manila, Philippines.
My reaction to that link is the prerogative of the netizens if they want to use it on good or bad.
If they want it to use for a private sex connection in internet using bangwithfriends.com then the authorities didn't have a right to intervene that because it’s a right for them in our bill of rights on 1987 constitution. But if it will use for online prostitution then the authorities have the right to prevent such things and arrest those behind of it. And most irritated statement from that link is if there is cyber crime law then they can block bangwithfriends.com in Philippine Territory for a possibility for online prostitution's  what kind of statement is that? Btw not just the site will authorities will block, they will block also the privacy of those consent parties on private sex communication between couples in and out of the country, and they will block also those obscene arts, freedom of speech and privacy. I said those reasons because of this two links that talks about cyber crime law:http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/293371/news/nation/amended-petition-vs-cybercrime-law-contests-cybersex-regular-libel, and  http://www.interaksyon.com/infotech/cybercrime that the authorities insisted for block bangwithfriends.com? Come on, not just site you will block, you will block also our rights and privacy as Filipino internet users so the result that the supreme court of the Philippines has an ordered a temporary restraining against to this vague and oppressive cyber crime law
.
So Philippine authorities don’t wish that the Supreme Court will uphold this cyber crime law because it has a problematic provisions that will put in danger to those Filipino internet users and possibility that might Supreme Court declare unconstitutional the whole law or those contested provision in cyber crime law involving cybersex provisions and etc. Instead use other laws that will prevent online prostitution like RA 9208 or Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 via this link: http://www.lawphil.net/statutes/repacts/ra2003/ra_9208_2003.html or
Create a department for those complaints against online prostitution and authorities will take action by pretending to be a customer to those complaining websites and then if there is present real evidence against those website using as an online prostitution then those behind of it needs to arrest immediately by the authorities by due process.
But if the authorities felt lack of law against online prostitution then urge the congress act on it by passing any bill regarding online prostitution like MCPIF BILL via this link: http://senate.gov.ph/lisdata/1446312119!.pdf  without cybercrime law that will impinge rights of each and everyone Filipino internet.
But if the authorities want to be the children to be safe against online prostitution and pornography then urge the people to use and download this link:  http://www1.k9webprotection.com/or give a tips for a saving Filipino kids against online prostitution and pornography without encouraging the vague and oppressive cybercrime law.
So there is many ways to prevent online prostitution and watching pornography for Filipino kids without encouraging the problematic cybercrime law of the Philippine Authorities.
And Filipino netizens please do not be fool by the authorities to pass this cybercrime law because it will take away our rights and freedom based on bill of rights in our 1987 Philippine Constitution.
