Invasion of the Privacy

Recently, a news broke out when hacker released a nude photo worldwide from Hollywood celebrities I- phone cloud including Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and other 100 celebrities into the internet which he/she hacks their I-phone clouds. One of those hack victim was speak up and that is Jennifer Lawrence by her attorney representative saying this is a violation of privacy’s client. Well they did little know that our privacy for technology was already being violated. It’s because of NSA Mass Surveillance and Hacking thanks to Edward Snowden's revelation which talked about grossly invaded us by looking our own technological data and hack those data which we don’t have knowledge about it plus a news saying that the tool which use for hacking those celebrities are also tools uses for law enforcement which might be connected to the NSA. So why we are crying out loud that this is a gross violation of privacy for those victimized celebrities when we should express that already when NSA secret invasion of privacy exposed? It that because they are important than our own privacy? I will leave that answer for those questions to you.
Right now, how can we stop invading our own privacy? Well let’s focus on the biggest hacker which is the US government like NSA or any other democratic country which surveillance their citizens that limit their surveillance to its citizen nor us for only court order or stop their act of surveillance its people nor us in higher court and ask them to create a bill into a law which can protect our privacy to them like a Philippine bill called MCPIF bill which protecting Filipino privacy to their Government Eyes. If US government, higher court or any democratic country of the world surveillance their technological citizen users does not listen to them nor to us then we should protect privacy of our own data of technological tools by using any extra measures tightening access it using anonymity, deep web, encryption and future tools than can tightening access our data and technology against ordinary hackers and government hackers. But if you are hopeless or paranoid thinking that even you use those tightening tools can still access your technological tools and data then cannot act on it but crying out loud saying invasion of the privacy then quit using technological tools.

For the government excusing surveillance as preventing terrorism or crimes, well it will occur those crimes or terrorism even surveillance its citizen or us because the lack of security and pro activeness preventing those coming future crimes or terror.

PS. I just want to comment to those two commentators from Playboy and Huffington Post regarding leaked nude photos of Jennifer Lawrence. To Playboy, your writer said in an article saying “Because she’s a woman, and women’s bodies are public commodities to be commented upon and used at will?” answered “Oh hell no.” is just a hypocrisy comment because playboy girl nude models are just doing their nude job for profit for Playboy that making them a form of commodity of it plus I got a blog news saying allegedly that Playboy Mexico posted JLAW’s nude photo. To Huffington Post regarding an article about JLaws leaked nude photo, well Stephen Colbert’s video countered it.

By the way, Jennifer Lawrence or future coming celebrities alike who have a viral nude photos or sextape are their careers will be just fine like Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian if their careers live in liberated country but not to the conservative country.

And if you are ordinary adult people not a celebrity but just want not to be a victim of non-consensual porn then my advice from a blog post which I create it with a little change from the last message that don’t take a nude photo nor sextape or if you want to do that crazy non-consensual porn but you want it to be private that you can only access that then tighten it to prevent anyone access that except you can only access it.

Can USA outlaw Revenge Porn?

Recently, many victims in USA claim that they have been victim of Revenge Porn which is sexually explicit media that is publicly shared online without the consent of the pictured individual. Because of that, two states in USA already outlaw revenge porn reacting to those victims of it. So can other state follow it to outlaw revenge porn or Can USA outlaw revenge porn? Well my answer is leave it to them and let see if they can outlaw revenge porn but they need to think of it the effects of outlawing revenge porn. And I think the following effects of outlawing revenge porn are the following:

  1. There will be no more viral sex tape/sex scandal in internet from celebrities, famous person, public figures and ordinary civilians without their permission.
  2. There will be more criticizes from other civil liberty group because they think that is protected of your first amendment which is revenge porn is a porn protected in your first amendment that they think so they might question it in your higher court if it is violation of your first amendment to outlaw revenge porn.
  3. It is going to be a loss profit in those pornographic industry and there will be a black anonymous market of revenge porn images and videos in internet.

But the good news is: The USA will have to coordinate other country who is their ally and same law of outlawing revenge porn like Israel, France, Philippines which has RA 9995 to outlaw revenge porn and other countries to combat revenge porn without impinging their citizens civil liberties.

To all of this outlawing thingy to revenge porn, well my advice is from my past article that you do not allow any agreement or deal to make sex explicit photos and videos with your boyfriend or acquaintance with the various technologies because when already separated that it might use those created explicit contents to blackmail, extort, in exchange for return to your separated partner, or fixing those technician that he/she might exposed to internet by accidentally/intentionally retrieved your explicit photos/videos and hacked by those burglar that he/she accidentally caught your explicit things that he/she already can exposed in internet. And if you felt that you are already secretly surveillance while nude or Photoshop of your face to a nude body then immediately report to authorities and file a suit before reaches on internet in your respective rule over your area.

Well that’s it Folks and remember, if you don’t want to be a victim of revenge porn then DON’T TAKE SEX EXPLICIT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FROM YOURSELF TO ANYONE, thank you.

P.s Those mentions above are just applicable for adults and not for minor/children so this message is for them that they have been protected on child porn laws based on their country which their living in against perpetrators of revenge porn for minors either adults or minors unless if a country does have juvenile justice act law  or RA 10630 of the Philippines which minors either victim or suspect are excluded in the revenge porn crime because of that law which protecting and excluding them for their crimes. For the parents or adult guardians: please advice your minor son or daughter by saying to them that don’t take a sex tape or nude photo for being not a part of another future victim of revenge porn.

Revenge Porn: Philippines, United States of America and Worldwide

Earlier, I've watched the Anderson Cooper Live here in the Philippines about revenge porn that same cases here in the Philippines who have been exposed on internet. Because of it, I've decided to make an advice for those who don’t want to be part or victim of revenge porn all over the world including Filipinos and Americans.

Furthermore, we Filipinos grateful to Anderson Cooper for his credible and truthful coverage of Typhoon Haiyan (Philippine Name: Yolanda) in CNN but moving on my advice of how to prevent for being the next victim of revenge porn.

Well my advice is from my part of my past article that you do not allow any agreement or deal to make sex explicit photos and videos with your boyfriend or acquaintance with the various technologies because when already separated that it might use those created explicit contents to blackmail, extort, in exchange for return to your separated partner, or fixing those technician that he/she might exposed to internet by accidentally/intentionally retrieved your explicit photos/videos and hacked by those burglar that he/she accidentally caught your explicit things that he/she already can exposed in internet. And if you felt that you are already surveillance while nude then immediately report to authorities and file a suit before reaches on internet in your respective rule over your area.

Well that’s it Folks and remember, if you don’t want to be a victim of revenge porn then DON’T TAKE SEX EXPLICIT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FROM YOURSELF TO ANYONE, thank you.

Cybercrime Law at Sex Video Cases

And In statutory construction, there is a principle called verba legis. This principle essentially means the "plain-meaning rule." That is, the words in a statute should be interpreted in its simplest possible meaning. When there is no ambiguity, the provision of law should be taken to mean what it says it means. Using the verba legis principle, it is clear from the provisions of Sec. 4 (3)(c)(1) that he willfully make a sex video alone or with someone, he technically criminally liable under said provision.

Kaya ang mga taong tulad natin ay idinulog ito sa SC or Supreme Court which they give a TRO until they will decide if this Cybercrime Law is unconstitutional or constitutional.

  1. Samson Alcantara
  2. Teddy Casiño
  3. Alan Peter Cayetano
  4. Ernie Maceda
  5. Greco Belgica
  6. Jc Delos Reyes
  7. Dick Gordon
  8. Marwil Llasos
  9. Christian Señeres
  10. Ricardo Penson
  11. Grace Poe
  12. Jun Magsaysay
Partylist Representative:
Kabataan Partylist

Dahil ba respecting for the dead n ethics for suicide coverage? Anong klase kayong media ABS-CBN?

Kristel Pilar Mariz Tejada

At most of all ay ang pagcover ng tv5, abs-cbn, gma7 at iba pang media organizations. Dahil ba ay for respecting the dead?

AKSYON TV5 AND CYBERCRIME LAW

This link is about the news about the face book application, bangwithfriends.com in the Philippine TV media: http://www.interaksyon.com/article/54396/video--facebook-app-bang-with-friends-pair-up-online-pals-for-sexSource: TV5 Manila, Philippines.
My reaction to that link is the prerogative of the netizens if they want to use it on good or bad.
If they want it to use for a private sex connection in internet using bangwithfriends.com then the authorities didn't have a right to intervene that because it’s a right for them in our bill of rights on 1987 constitution. But if it will use for online prostitution then the authorities have the right to prevent such things and arrest those behind of it. And most irritated statement from that link is if there is cyber crime law then they can block bangwithfriends.com in Philippine Territory for a possibility for online prostitution's  what kind of statement is that? Btw not just the site will authorities will block, they will block also the privacy of those consent parties on private sex communication between couples in and out of the country, and they will block also those obscene arts, freedom of speech and privacy. I said those reasons because of this two links that talks about cyber crime law:http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/293371/news/nation/amended-petition-vs-cybercrime-law-contests-cybersex-regular-libel, and  http://www.interaksyon.com/infotech/cybercrime that the authorities insisted for block bangwithfriends.com? Come on, not just site you will block, you will block also our rights and privacy as Filipino internet users so the result that the supreme court of the Philippines has an ordered a temporary restraining against to this vague and oppressive cyber crime law
.
So Philippine authorities don’t wish that the Supreme Court will uphold this cyber crime law because it has a problematic provisions that will put in danger to those Filipino internet users and possibility that might Supreme Court declare unconstitutional the whole law or those contested provision in cyber crime law involving cybersex provisions and etc. Instead use other laws that will prevent online prostitution like RA 9208 or Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 via this link: http://www.lawphil.net/statutes/repacts/ra2003/ra_9208_2003.html or
Create a department for those complaints against online prostitution and authorities will take action by pretending to be a customer to those complaining websites and then if there is present real evidence against those website using as an online prostitution then those behind of it needs to arrest immediately by the authorities by due process.
But if the authorities felt lack of law against online prostitution then urge the congress act on it by passing any bill regarding online prostitution like MCPIF BILL via this link: http://senate.gov.ph/lisdata/1446312119!.pdf  without cybercrime law that will impinge rights of each and everyone Filipino internet.
But if the authorities want to be the children to be safe against online prostitution and pornography then urge the people to use and download this link:  http://www1.k9webprotection.com/or give a tips for a saving Filipino kids against online prostitution and pornography without encouraging the vague and oppressive cybercrime law.
So there is many ways to prevent online prostitution and watching pornography for Filipino kids without encouraging the problematic cybercrime law of the Philippine Authorities.
And Filipino netizens please do not be fool by the authorities to pass this cybercrime law because it will take away our rights and freedom based on bill of rights in our 1987 Philippine Constitution.
