Hello phillipines and
hello world: this is another opinion with advice from me for the government,
lawmakers, victims and of course the suspect person of internet world hehehe!
Based that I watch on USI(a TV5 Phillipine network show) last nov.13.2011.
I am appreciated what
De lima said(a leader department for justice) at the sisters company of the
same network that I talking about in the first part. She said that we need to
improve our forensic for internet then a powerful law and she is great for me
when she starting it long time ago in step by step with a cyber program for the
three parts of the country like in Manila, Cebu and Davao by a donation from
USA. But De Lima you should added that we need to build an Cyber Defense
Powerful Department army with a powerful law like in USA. Because in USA, they
are planning to build with an Cyber Defense Powerful department army with their
powerful law to defense from any cyber attack like what happen to them when
they have been hack their economy website and the suspect is NKOREAN hackers
because they track those suspect of hacking their government economy but they
will not intervene the NKOREA because of the blackmailing of their leader Kim
Jong Il by launching an missile so they will make to do something for that
before the NKOREAN cyber hacker and for the crime inside or outside of USA even
they are citizen or foreigner unlawful person for their law and I am sure De
Lima that it will effective for our crimes in internet world than a Band Aid
solution for internet crimes that your government made right now.
But but but De Lima if
you said that to the people then the people will think that it will costly a
–illion and they will think that their government is importance this stupid
Cyber Defense than their lack of needs like justice system, food, job,
medicare, and clothes that it will lead to chaos for your country De Lima.
So you and your
government De Lima should be focus on lack of needs than what you said to
AksyonTV(a TV5 phillipine sisters company network for news) for preventing any
lack of trust of the people to the government until it leads to chaos ok!.
And for the lawmakers
and lawdefensive person that I watch on USI: you should see your own eyes that
your countrymen are improving their lives and your governments technology with
an Cyber Defense Powerful Department then pass the cyber law with of course
right to protect their rights and privacy. But if you lawmakers with
cooperation of lawdefensive person that pass a stupid Cyber Law in a wrong with
a lack of technology, lack of needs of the people and without a Cyber Defense of
government then is result is still the same situation that’s leads to a chaos.
So lawmakers and lawdefensive person that all of you pass all law for your
peoples needs first before the Cyber law when your government has a improve
technology with Cyber Defense Department.
And for the victims of
the Cyber Crime that I watch on USI: I am gonna said that the others are idiot,
prostitute or OA for the fame because they don’t think it responsibly first
that It will change their lives badly like this:
First, if your boy or
girlfriend ask you to do a sex video and you do it because of your relationship
asking it many times and after the sex video she/he ask you to save it that sex
video with his/her promise that it is only for their privacy then this is my 4
scenario:
§If you two are broken up and because of that
he/she will blackmail you to exposed your own sex video because of his/her
obsessive of your relationship but you say no then he/she will exposed that sex
video and you will see your sex video have been fiesta like a freaking paria.
And other people will laugh you because of what they see your sex video then
you gonna be ashamed like a prostitute when they arrested by the cops!. And
after that, you go to the Cops and you file a case against him/her because you
known him/her (but if you don’t know him/her then that’s a bad luck for you!)
then you gonna be wait for a long time justice like hayden-katrina or gonna be
tired then go to suspect by making an areglo to not continue this case for
his/her freedom! Then you do it firming an areglo then she/he is free but that
the pain it cause you in your heart that will nightmare for yourself forever!.
§If the boy or girlfriend has lost your memory
(or repair but lost your memory)with its your sex video then you don’t know who
got it. Then after day you see that your sex video have been seen exposed that
sex video and you will see your sex video have been fiesta like a freaking
paria. And other people will laugh you because of what they see your sex video
then you gonna be ashamed like a prostitute when they arrested by the cops!.
And after that, you go to the Cops but theydon’t know because they don’t have a
tracking technology then you will go with your co relationship with a pain and
suffer in your heart forever!.
§If you are prostitute in an internet then
she/he got your video that you are nude then she/he upload it Then after day
you see that your nude video have been fiesta like a freaking paria. And other
people will laugh you because of what they see your nude video then you gonna
be ashamed like a prostitute when they arrested by the cops!. And after that,
you go to the Cops but theydon’t know because they don’t have a tracking
technology then you will go alone with yourself by being hurtful in your life
and credibility to your community and family
§If you are online shoppers then you have been
fool by a shop website and you go to the cops but doesn’t know who the behind
of this then you will go alone thinking that you are been laugh by those
foolers that your money has been goes to them hahaha!.
But there is a way to
prevent this four scenario:
§For the online shoppers is to check the
credibility of the online website shopping before you trust with transaction to
those credible online website shopping.
§for the relationship person is DON’T DO A SEX
VIDEO even if the co relationship is asking you many times Then just say NO SEX
VIDEO FOREVER many times for him/her for prevention of any incident/accident
upload that it will cause for your credibility for yourself! Ok!.
§And finally just think before you click to the
internet world!
§Protect your identity via do and use a fake
account for your internet crimes.
§Don’t blab your fake account to known person
and even relatives just don’t talk about it because they will blab it to the
police if they know that you said them about the cyber crime that you do!.
§and dont even to reveal or track your identity
by changing NAT for ip address(see http://www.howstuffworks.com/nat.htm and
http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1631.html for more information about nat(national
translation address))or your ip address or use ip address of internet cafe for
your safely if you are doing a crime in cyber world.
And that’s all I all that I said to brought to you, the readers
and bloggers!. And remember that think in internet world before you click!.
Hello phillipines and the whole world.This past week has been
again controversially of using
internet by the criminals of the phillipines by killings, rape and voyuerism in
this country.
But of all of the lawmakers are grandstanding again just like the controversy
of Katrina-Hayden
Kho scandal .And they promise again to the media that they are going to write
or pass a law about
cyber crime that doesnt happen because this is their show for 2013.Even if they
pass a law about
cyber crime, it doesnt help because of still lack of modern tracking
technologies of our government.
So this is my respectfully request to those lawmakers that just shut up, do
their lawmaking
job and see the reality that the ph gov. is still lack of modern technology
even if we pass
a law that doenst help to solve cyber because of our lackness in tracking
technology.
So first that i suggest to the government they need to be completely modern
technology.
Then, they need to show to the public of what the are gonna used of techinology
to those
cyber criminals of the ph. for effective scared psychology.And lastly,that the
lawmakers should
write or pass a law about cyber crime with a respect to our human rights like
right to privacy
if they see in reality that the goverment is completely modernized of
technology.
And if the lawmakers are going to pass or write a law about cyber crime then i
have a two law
suggestion for effective prevention:first, they should write a law that all of
the personalized
computer should be registered and second, that all of internet cafe should have
a name of records
who are those person that time they used of internet like in a five star
hotel.But all of this two
law suggestions should be open only in case of a crime that happens in cyber
and to prevent any cyber
blackmailing of a bad government person.
If all of this is doesnt happen in reality in present time, then just to dream
to your brains, shut up!
and do your job!OK!.
To those filipino people who are using internet that we know that we are not
protected in cyber crimes

Here in the philippines, we are still in a third world country
like other nations in Asia and Africa.
But now in a modern world, we are now the largest user in Asia by using a
social media and internet even if we are still poor country.
But what is internet?.For me that internet is a good communication that
transmit between network computers.
But other says like Dj Mo Twister that internet is no.1 for pornography based
on his statistics from internet.
If thats true,Then we have to be careful and responsible?. Yes, we have to be
careful and responsible.
Why? Because the internet is a cyber crime in other uses like an identity
theft, cyber theft, and cyber voyuerism.
First example, you are the victim of any cyber crime and you told this to the
philippine authorities.
Then the authorities taking action of your case by tracking of his/her com.
address. But lastly, expect that the suspect will not arrest him/her
immediately because of hard times like in a month, a year or impossible to
track of his/her identity.Other than in U.S.A, they solve the cyber crime in
just a week because of their high technology than the low class technology here
in the philippines.
Second example, you are now the victim of cyber voyuerism. Then you file a case
here in the philippines against your bf/gf perpetrator of your nude image or
sex video. Lastly, you should expect that it will take a year nor decade before
the judge decides your case.And other people will think that you want attention
and compare you from the HAYDEN-KATRINA CASE.
Then, dont be a victim of cyber crime like not typing your credit card if it is
not important to you, and changing your password in every month. In cyber
voyuerism, when you are in a relationship and your bf/gf asking your nude image
or have a sex video then say NO!if you want to dont destroy your life and
dignity. If you say YES! and you firm a consent or weaver letter from your
bf/gf to do a sex video or nude image.And expect his/her that she/he will
spread your nude image and sex video via internet when you are break up. After
spreading via internet, BULAGA! you are now famous but your dignity and life is
ruin by this incident. And of course you file a case against the bf/gf
perpetrator but dont forget the consent or weaver that you firm from your bf/gf
because possible that she/he used it against you in a court battle if you file.
Lastly, just remember that be careful, moralist and responsible of using
internet. Because you will be the next cyber crime victim if you are
careless,immoralist and irresponsible.
